No Churn Ice Cream Recipe

Some homemade creami-licious ice creams can be a savior to get you through Delhi summers.

And making one at home is much easier than what you really imagined.

Here is the recipe of my favourite mango ice-cream.



Fresh lemon juice- 1 Tbsp

Sweetened condensed milk- 400 ml

Heavy whipping cream- 1 Cup

Rinse the mangoes and cut them into small pieces and blend to a puree with the lemon juice.

Blend the puree with the condensed milk.

Whip the cream until fluffy and mix into the puree.

Transfer to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container, cover with a cling wrap, and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours until firm.
